Bill has been an elected member of the Democratic Central Committee since 1983 and the chair or vice-chair of the committee for the previous eight years.
He is presently the chair of the 29th Legislative District.

Bill has a proven record in job creation.
His work on the Northwest Missouri Workforce Investment Board has led to
new educaltional and employment opportunities for citizens of the 29th district.
A Voice in the Community
Bill has served as a youth sports coach and instructed young local people in shooting skills, hunting safety. He has won national honors for sporting dogs in a multitude of associations and has judged national championships in field trial competitions.
